    Jo is the founder of Jo Adams Consulting, an award-winning HR Consultancy which delivers custom-designed coaching, development and HR support to organisations across the UK.

     

    Jo believes that every organisation can be a great place to work and her mission is to help as many organisations as possible achieve this. With this comes her desire to support trusting, and open working relationships, helping leaders become great bosses and ultimately delivering success for an organisation and all its employees.

     

    She is a Member of the Association for Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
    Jo has over 25 years’ experience working successfully in corporate HR environments with experience in leading large, complex change programmes delivering significant business improvements, working as a strategic HR business partner, leading diverse project teams and designing and delivering coaching and development solutions.


    More recently Jo completed her certification in Conversational Intelligence®. C-IQ provides a framework for understanding how conversations shape our relationships, partnerships, our culture, and our reality. It introduces frameworks and tools for creating higher levels of trust, activating higher levels of engagement, strengthening partnerships, and catalysing co-creation and innovation in relationships, teams, and cultures.

     

    Having worked with a wide variety of organisations and seen the damaging outcomes when people feel disconnected and fearful, Jo feels that C-IQ offers way for everyone to hold better conversations and create healthier organisations.
